“Run Forest Run!!!” This is what keeps repeating in my head as we start our session at Go Fit Camp every time.
 
It’s always the first thing we do – which is good, because it gets it out of the way.
 
But it’s definitely not my favorite activity – not at all!
 
On Monday we started working on our upper body with resistance bands. I could feel the burn, felt it thru the next day.
 
Then last night (Wed) we did the same for our lower body – and boy oh boy, was I really feeling it! I even felt my butt muscles for the first time in a very long time!!!!! I was writhing on that floor calling out….”For Why?”
 
 It was a really good workout and I’m not that sore today…which means that my body is getting used to it, and that’s freaking awesome!
 

On Friday we weigh in again, I’m anxious and a bit scared…I think I’m just psyching myself out…we’ll have to wait and see – so wish me luck!
