Hi! My name is Monika and I workout.
 
If you told me that I would actually look forward to working out – I would have laughed in your face!
 
But here I am – 6 lbs lighter! Yes, you read right, 6 lbs in two weeks - Gone!!
 
I love my workout sessions.
 
The best part of it is that I don’t think. For an hour straight I think of nothing but the task at hand. Like, concentrating on how long 60 seconds really is when your legs can’t touch the ground all while lifting the upper half of your body off the floor. I call them ‘Severe Crunches!’
 
No work worries, no outside influence – Just you sweating, breathing, and connecting with your body. It’s cathartic!
 
You gotta try it…
 
Keep checking in – I’m kinda excited about kickboxing, tell you when that starts and how I do.
