Anyone who knows me well, knows that I can barely wake up to get to work by 930am – Do you really think I can wake at 530am and be at my workout class by 6am? Are you crazy?
Well, that’s exactly what I had to do – Yesterday, (Wednesday) I had to do just that – since I was heading out to the Leprechaun Irish Pub for St. Patty’s Day…Btw Leon, if your reading this- I had water the whole time I was there…lol
So the morning started with a 12 minute run, of which I am proud to say, I ran most of it, except for the last 5 minutes when I had to stop and catch my breath and go at it again.
I can tell that my body is getting stronger, and that’s the best part, but since it was so dang early in the morning my brain was still in sleep mode. I was going though the motions but it seemed I was having a harder time than usual – Or maybe it was the fact that we upped the anti on the reps and we started working with 10lbs weights!
Either way, I can tell you my arms are sore but I really feel soooooo good!!!
And that’s the point.
Tomorrow is Friday – Ill be going in once more at 6am since I’ll be tied up in the afternoon and we weigh in again…I hope I lost weight, otherwise mamas is gonna have to wear a 20lb vest the rest of next week and I really don’t want to do that!
