Hey gang, Week 2 Of the Go Fit Camp is in the books, a little more progress, and inching closer toward my goal of 20 pounds lost in 6 weeks!! This past week, Leon put Rosie and I through a bit harder regime of kick-boxing, push-ups, leg raises, crunches, jumping jacks, lunges, and treadmill. He also had us wear a 20 pound weighted vest to add insult to injury during cardio work-outs. I'm trying to lose 20 pounds, not add on!! All and all, a very productive week and 2 more pounds lost. Here are the results to date:

Week 1 - 3 pounds lost. 237 to 234 pounds

Week 2 - 2 pounds lost. 234 to 232 pounds

5 pounds lost so far. My goal is 217 pounds. Time to put the pedal to the metal and really get serious. Check back with me next Monday. Tony
