Ok gang, we're half-way home and i'm a little behind schedule in my quest to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks at the Go Fit Camp. Last week I lost another 2 pounds which puts me at 7 pounds lost in 3 weeks. I should be at 10 pounds lost at the half-way mark, which means I need to lose another 13 pounds in the next 3 weeks to reach my goal. I can do it. Week 3 was by far the toughest so far. Leon had us do lots of wind sprints, squats, (a killer), crunches, jumping jacks, lunges, supermans, (don't ask. I lose my breath just thinking about it!!) and lots more cardio. The reason i didn't lose more weight was because I kinda cheated on my diet, (just a little) during the week. I had family visiting from out of town and you know what that means. Restaurants, cook-outs, and my low fat diet flew out the window!! They're gone now so Rosie and I shoud be back on schedule, eating healthy again. Bring on week 4!!

Week to week results so far
Week 1 -- I started at 237 pounds. Lost 3 pounds. Down to 234
Week 2 -- Lost 2 pounds. 234 to 232 pounds. Total 5 pounds lost
Week 3 -- Lost 2 pounds. 232 to 230 pounds. Total 7 pounds lost so far.
Time to really get serious. My beer belly is going down too, and I don't even drink!!!
