You are not gonna believe me when I tell you this. I lost 11 pounds last week. When I stepped on the scales on friday, I knew I had lost quite a bit of weight because I put on these Levis that didn't fit me last month, and I had room to spare. But 11 pounds!!! Let me tell you how I did it. One word. "CUCUMBERS". I cheated on my low fat diet and I just ate cucumbers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner all last week. Plus, I doubled up on my swimming regiment, hitting the pool in the morning and in the evening all last week. I was so excited about my 11 pound weight loss, that I did a dumb thing. I ate more than I should have over the week-end, and I gained 3 of those 11 pounds back!! Leon, my trainer at the Go Fit Camp, said such a rapid weight loss was no good, because I probably lost muscle too. Nevertheless, I am only 5 pounds away from my goal of 20 pounds in 6 weeks. I got 2 more weeks to do it. A piece of cake. Results so far...


Week 1 - Started at 237 pounds. Lost 3 pounds. 234 pounds

Week 2 - 234. Lost 2 pounds. Down to 232 pounds.

Week 3 - 232. Lost 2 more pounds. Down to 230 pounds.

Week 4 - 222. Lost 8 more pounds. Down to 222. Only 5 more to go!!
