Okay so here I am Day 3 of Go Fit camp - I don't head in till 6p this evening so I thought I'd take a moment and talk about my diet and what I'm eating as part of the nutrition program with Go Fit Camp.
Keep in mind that when you join Go Fit Camp you can choose to follow their nutritional guide or go by your own as long as it’s a low-fat diet.
So, I’m a week in and I’m eating less – Lots of salads (which I love) fish and chicken since I don’t do the dead cow or pig…But the hardest part has got to be the lack of Diet Coke.
Diet Coke and I have had a long standing relationship and it makes me sad to know that I had to turn my back on it. I long for Diet Coke, so much so, that last night I dreamt that I walked into my neighborhood Circle K and bought a vat of the stuff! I’m not kidding!!!!
Aside from that, the diet really isn’t that imposing. But you do have to be careful with what you eat. For example my Diet Coke and Doritos lunch wouldn’t fly…know what I mean?
So think about it – If you’re serious and you want to get in shape – no matter what size you are – and you want to feel better then think about Go Fit Camp.
Just think, a better you by the summer – Can you say 'Sexy'?!!! Lol…
