HIS EXCUSE FOR SPEEDING? CAR WET ... Police in Naperville, Illinois, recently pulled over 24-year-old Lucas Wright for doing ONE HUNDRED miles-an-hour in a 50 mph zone.

Here’s the perfectly logical explanation he gave them … Quote, "He'd just gotten his car washed and he was trying to dry it off." They checked out his car, and it was, in fact, wet.

And it was still drying when they impounded it and towed it away.

TEXT ... A Helena, Montana teen was arrested after he accidentally sent a text message to the Clark County sheriff asking to buy marijuana. The text, which read "Hey Dawg, do you have a 20 I can buy right now?" - was meant for the teenage boy's drug dealer.

The sheriff initially thought the text was a joke, but decided to pretend to be the dealer just in case. Once the kid was found out, cops were sent out, but didn't issue any citations after the boy's parents promised to punish the boy themselves.

GAME OF STRIP MONOPOLY ENDS IN NAKED BRAWL ... 22-year-old Gary Williamson of Blackpool, England, was playing STRIP MONOPOLY with his 20-year-old girlfriend Leah McDonnell and her friend, Micha Robinson.

During the course of the game, they all ended up fully naked. And that's when Leah noticed that Gary, her boyfriend, would NOT stop staring at Micha. She made a comment, which led to her and Micha FIGHTING and Gary trying to break it up.

When the police got there, they thought Gary was assaulting the two naked women, so he was arrested. Charges were eventually dropped.

There's no word on whether Gary and Leah are still together, or if Leah and Micha have made up and become friends again, but for some reason, though, the media reported on which Monopoly pieces each of the three were using during the game.

Gary was the boot, Leah was the battleship and Micha was the racecar.
